Here's what I've been building.

About

When I first discovered programming, I was fascinated by the potential that software had to impact and benefit people. But I quickly noticed that so much of it wasn't really built with the interests of real people in mind. That realization pushed me to leave my engineering position, go back to school for a Master's in computer science, and start building things that actually matter.

I drew on my background leading teams in the Marine Corps and working with small business owners as I dove into research on cybersecurity and robotics at my university. Working closely with my committee and fellow students, I published my work in IEEE and earned my degree. Along the way, I also started exploring other projects—from Java game development to building practical tools and applications.

That's what I'm focused on now: creating practical tools for small businesses and for people who dream of building something of their own, instead of spending their careers inside a large corporation. My goal is to make that a reality for as many people as possible who value autonomy and want to take charge of their own future.

Outside of work, I enjoy robotics, game development, health and fitness, coaching and martial arts.
